Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage 60 minutes $80
Deep muscle body work utilizes cross-fiber friction, trigger point therapy and medical
massage techniques to mobilize tissue contracted from injury or overuse. These massage
strokes allow the therapist to go deeper into the affected muscles to increase circulation
and flexibility and decrease pain. Recommended if you want deep pressure used throughout
the massage.

Structural Energetic Therapy ® (SET)

Fibromyalgia 5-Week "Feel Good" Series
Bring your body back into balance with our specialized 30-minute massage treatments.
Adapted from Russian Medical Massage, this series works by calming the Central Nervous
System (CNS) and re-educating the body back into natural balance. Improved sleep, better
digestion, as well as relief of Fibromyalgia symptoms, depression, headaches and a reduction
in cellulite are all recognized benefits of this series.
